Crescent Real Estate LLC has finalized the sale of The Hotel at Avalon, a 330-room luxury property situated within Avalon, a prominent mixed-use development in Alpharetta, Georgia, the Fort Worth-based firm announced Thursday.
The hotel, part of Alpharetta's award-winning Avalon destination, was originally acquired by Crescent in September 2020, a period marked by significant disruption across the hospitality sector. The transaction marks a full cycle of ownership for Crescent at the property.
