DarkIris Inc. (Nasdaq: DKI), a digital media and entertainment technology company headquartered in Hong Kong, announced Wednesday it has priced a best-efforts public offering targeting approximately $6 million in gross proceeds, before deducting placement agent fees and other estimated expenses.
The offering excludes any proceeds that could arise from the exercise of warrants included in the deal. Net proceeds available to the company will be lower than the headline figure once underwriting costs and related expenses are accounted for.
