OSL Group has tokenized the USDGO Plus SP fund on-chain, providing custody and distribution for the first market-neutral strategy built on a U.S.-regulated stablecoin.
OSL Group has completed the on-chain tokenization of USDGO Plus SP, a market-neutral fund built on USDGO, a U.S. federally regulated and dollar-backed enterprise stablecoin, the Hong Kong-based digital asset firm announced Wednesday.
The move marks the first time a market-neutral investment strategy has been structured around USDGO. Beyond tokenization, OSL is providing both custody and distribution services for the fund, positioning the company as a full-stack infrastructure partner for the product.
